Terms of Service

By using VegaReview you agree to these terms. VegaReview is a software discovery and editorial platform that publishes reviews, comparisons, alternatives, and category rankings for software buyers, built to be found and cited in AI search (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, and Google AI Overviews).

There is no on-site account. To get your product reviewed, compared, or featured, pick a package on our pricing page and check out online — payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record; VegaReview never receives or stores your card details. If you have questions before buying, email support@vegareview.com.

Review, Comparison, Growth, and Authority packages are all one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions. Growth and Authority cover 12 months of coverage from your purchase date — we don't auto-renew or auto-bill you for a new term; you're welcome to purchase again when it ends.

Because each package is custom editorial work, we don't offer refunds once a review, comparison, or placement has been published. Email us before you buy if you'd like to see an example of our work first.

A published review, comparison, or listicle placement includes a permanent dofollow backlink to your site. Our coverage reflects our genuine opinion of the product, including anything we think falls short, and rankings in our comparison and listicle articles are editorial and are never for sale at any price. We may decline to cover a product at our discretion, and we may remove a listing that becomes misleading or inaccurate.

You're responsible for the accuracy of any information you send us about your product for review.
